Support during business hours is included at no extra charge. A $150 service call charge applies, for any service and at any hour, when the problem turns out to be caused by customer-owned equipment or customer actions (MSA §11.1).
What you pay to get started
Installation
$149 Waived
No long-term contract. If you cancel within the first 12 full months, you repay the unused share of the waived installation, based on the number of full months remaining (MSA §3.7).
Price lock
3 years
Your monthly internet service rate is locked for 3 years from activation. Changing plans starts a new lock period at then-current rates. The lock runs from activation, including any seasonal holds. Excludes taxes, regulatory fees, equipment, and add-on services (MSA §8.11).
Seasonal hold
$10/mo
Pause for up to 6 months per calendar year. We keep your fiber drop, equipment and IP addresses in place, and there's no reconnection charge when you come back (MSA §3.8).

the router, Managed WiFi is $9/mo, or you can buy one for $149 one-time. There are no data caps or
overage charges. Yes. Plug any router into our fiber terminal. Or choose Managed WiFi and we’ll supply,
monitor and update the router, and replace it free if it fails. Installation usually takes about 2 hours, and evening and weekend appointments are
available. A technician brings fiber from the street to your building, usually near your
electrical panel or telecom closet, then sets up your router. Yes. Business Voice runs over the same fiber: keep your numbers, get
